2. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within seven (7) days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All supporting accessories (if applicable) must be included.

Shipping Fees:
All courier fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the client.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Please note the following:

  • All items are non-refundable.

  • If you wish to return an item, you may do so at your own cost, provided the return is shipped back to us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

  • Returns must meet the same condition standards as exchanges (unused, undamaged, original packaging).
